Hoosier Heritage Program
Celebrating Indiana Bred Livestock

Hoosier Heritage is a promotional program established to recognize Indiana purebred seedstock producers while rewarding the 4-H exhibitors who showcase Hoosier bred livestock at the Indiana State Fair. For animals to be eligible they must be Indiana bred and be registered by a national breed association to provide proof that animal was bred within the State of Indiana. Market Lambs will be verified Indiana bred by origin indicated on USDA Scrapie Flock Certification Program (SFCP) tag. Indiana State Fair exhibitors that have been nominated for the Hoosier Heritage Program are eligible to win up to an additional $100 per class entry at the Indiana State Fair.

American Boer Goat Association

ABGA is a registry association offering marketing and education information, and registration and pedigree tracking for producers and youth in the commercial meat goat, show stock and seed stock industries.
